Who we are

Altakleos, LLC (“Altakleos”, “we”) is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at hello@altakleos.com.

What we collect

• What you send through the call-request form — your name, email address, business name and, if you give them, your phone number and your answers about your business: what it does, how many people work in it, which tasks are still done by hand, the task you’d hand off, and which offer interests you. For brokers, the brokerage name and what you tell us about your listings. We also record the date and time, and, when you arrived from one of our printed or event links, a short code saying which one.
• Aggregate, cookieless analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures site traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not identify individual visitors.
• Spam-protection signals — when you use the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person, not a bot. To do that it processes your IP address and technical information about your browser and device. We receive only a pass/fail result.

Please don’t put customer names, account numbers or other people’s personal details in the form. If you do, we’ll delete them.

Why we collect it

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare for the call or review you asked for, and to tell you honestly which of our offers fits. Our lawful basis is your request: you asked us to get in touch. We use analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Turnstile to keep automated spam out of the form; the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Who handles it for us

This website runs on Cloudflare, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf and provides the analytics and spam protection described above. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its privacy policy and its Turnstile privacy addendum. So that we see your request promptly, a copy may also go to the tool we use for notifications; it holds the same details and nothing more.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Retention

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your request within six months. If we do, we keep what we need for the engagement, for as long as it runs and as the law requires afterwards. Email sign-ups from the earlier version of this site are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@altakleos.com from the address you used and we’ll take care of it promptly.
