Find the hours.
A 45-minute interview about your week, by video or in person: where the hours go, which tools you already pay for, what you’ve tried that didn’t stick. Within five business days you get a written report, then a 30-minute call to go through it and agree on your first move.
- Three to seven tools matched to the tasks you described, each with its monthly cost and setup time
- Every tool checked against the vendor’s current pricing and terms, not copied from a directory
- An estimate of hours saved each week, task by task, and a chart of what to do first
- A four-day quick-start plan for the first tool, about ten minutes a day
If the assessment doesn’t find at least 5 hours a week of work the recommended tools can take over, we refund the full fee. Tool subscriptions are yours, paid directly to the vendor, and the report says what each costs before you buy. The $999 is credited in full toward any setup work booked within 30 days of your review call.

If you’d rather do it with us, the pilot takes two of your weekly chores and hands them to AI in 30 days, in your own Claude account. Prefer it built for you? A single automation, connected to the systems you already use, starts at $1,500.
- A 60-minute onboarding session that teaches Claude your business: who you are, how you write, who your clients are, how you like to work
- Two 45-minute working sessions, screen shared, one recurring task at a time, each ending with a reusable skill that does the work
- Help between sessions, answered within 12 business hours
- A shared progress page logging every session and every skill, yours to keep
You’ll need a paid Claude plan, bought directly from Anthropic; we’ll tell you which one fits a business that holds client records. Everything we build lives in your account and belongs to you.

Keep it running.
After the pilot you can stop and keep everything, or continue in one of two ways.
- Concierge keeps the rhythm: two sessions a month plus help between them, building one or two new skills each month.
- Managed means we build and maintain the workflows for you. They connect to your practice-management, accounting and email systems, run on a schedule with your approval at each step, and are re-tested whenever the AI model or your templates change. You get a monthly health report.

Is my business too small for this?
We built this for businesses of 2 to 20 people where the owner still does part of the admin. If it’s just you, book the call anyway: we’ll tell you honestly whether an assessment or a pilot makes sense for you.
We already use ChatGPT or Claude. Isn’t that enough?
If it has changed how your week runs, it may be. If you’ve got some use from it but the week looks the same, that’s where the pilot starts: we take your recurring tasks one at a time, such as client emails, document requests or meeting notes, and build a reusable skill that does the work.
What happens to our data?
Tools from the assessment are yours, bought directly from the vendor. Pilot work lives in your own Claude account and belongs to you. If you’re looking at Managed, ask us on the call how your data would be handled.
What if the assessment finds nothing?
Then you don’t pay. If it doesn’t find at least 5 hours a week of work the recommended tools can take over, we refund the full $999.
Do we have to be technical?
No. The report comes with a four-day quick-start plan of about ten minutes a day, and pilot sessions are screen shared: you drive, we guide. The only thing you need to bring is what your week actually looks like.
Will we be locked in?
Not by the assessment or the pilot. The report is yours, and after the pilot you can stop and keep everything we built. If you continue, Concierge runs on a three-month term.
Who actually does the work?
Our own team, with more than 25 years of combined experience building highly scalable software at big tech companies and more than 2 years building AI into production software, where it has to work every time, not just in a demo. You work directly with the people building it, not an account manager.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We’re in Nashville and work in person across Middle Tennessee; everything also works by video.
